- Contributing to a cycle of continual improvement to ensure that the PMO maintains and assures the standards of project management processes, tools, quality, reporting and documentation across Harbor's implementation projects and professional services engagements.
- Providing project methodology knowledge-expert support for our technical implementation specialists (TIS) and engineers, and leading an implementation project P.S. engagement.
